This Online Volume Training is held with exclusive videos of our very own Lead Lash Trainers! These RE Lead Lash Artists and Trainers are uniquely qualified to provide you with the best training available due to their extensive ongoing training, industry experience and success, expertise in the lash industry, and ability to care for and love our students in a way this industry has never seen before. This means that you are able to not only benefit from asking questions and getting direct answers, but you participate in the community with other students just as you would in a hands-on training. Held at your own pace, you can meet new friends in the lash industry, get connected with others in your community, and get the real experience of a live training lash workshop, all from the comfort of your home or studio!

This course is the online Volume Manual, and all of the information you need to have a successful online training class. After signing up for the course and selecting to purchase a lash kit, we will send you a Volume starter kit. You will then be able to prepare your setup just like we would have it in person to get the most out of your training.

Minimum Requirements For The Class:

-Classic Training Certificate of Completion
-Volume Starter Kit (2- 1 Straight Isolation Tweezer and 1 Volume Tweezer, 2- Mixed Length Trays of 0.05mm & 0.03mm Thickness Lashes, 1- Lash Adhesive, 1- Sensitive Tape, 2-Lash Wands, 1- Lash Tile, 5- Glue Rings/Trays, 1- Remover Cream, Practice Mannequin Head or Sponges, 1- Set of Practice Lashes, 2 Eyelid Pads)

Certification
You will receive a Volume Lash Theory Certification after completing and submitting of course work due.

After Class

After receiving your Volume Lash Theory Certification each student must reserve a one-on-one virtual or personal instruction with one of our lead trainers. This is just as important to us as it is to you! During this time we get to connect personally with you, not only to help correct and perfect your micro-movements while lashing, but to give you the personalized business and menu coaching you need to take your lash business to the next level! This is the exact same format we use in our group trainings that has become renowned for changing student’s lives and careers. A Certificate of Completion in Individual Lashes is presented upon completion of personal training and assignments.

This will allow you to advance your career with RE!

After completing the Online Volume Training course, you will gain special access to online training video tutorials for 2 months.
